Ms. Ashley Griffin is CEO and founder of ERC and is an expert in environmental regulatory permitting activities, wetland jurisdictional determinations and wetland mitigation bank design and implementation. With over 21 years of experience, Ms. Griffin is the company's key contact with the largest public and private sector clients with whom ERC has a long history of partnership in aquatic and wetland resource assessment and permitting.
In addition to her scientific education, she has participated in numerous Executive Education programs offered by the Wharton School of Business. These include Executive Education leadership development programs in Bhutan and India and intensive courses in negotiation and persuasion, strategic planning and implementation and advanced management programs.
Ms. Griffin is a skilled negotiator who has consistently arranged compromises to the satisfaction of both the client and the regulatory agencies. Under her leadership, ERC has developed a highly qualified team of professionals to service client needs.
