Breakfast Swamp Mitigation Bank

ERC has managed the Breakfast Point Mitigation Bank and has improved the mitigation banking instrument.

Prior to implementation of restoration practices, photos depicted a landscape of dense pine plantations due to silvicultural land management.

Management of the site was divided into four phases to facilitate restoration activities to restore the landscape to historic conditions.

This included restoration planning and design, supervision of restoration activities, monitoring, reporting, and adaptive management.
